NGPC March Meeting

Our speaker will be Pat Fahey, who will be discussing and demonstrating “Focus Stacking.” With our camera sensors and high-resolution lenses able to resolve greater detail, focus stacking is an option to capturing a greater range of sharpness, especially when photographing close-up and macro subjects. The presentation will cover the basics of focus stacking, when (and not) to consider focus stacking, photo items you’ll need, and you’ll hear the background stories of how photographs were captured using this technique. Pat is a member of the Cobb Photography Society and like you, explores different ways to improve his photography.
