NGPC September Meeting

Our speaker will be professional artist and photographer Anna DeStefano, who will be discussing “Creative Photography: It’s All in the Details.” Anna will discuss creativity and how to visualize, capture, and process your story while photographing. Basically the “details” needed for unleashing your personal creative voice in your work.

Exploring her 17th year as a professional artist (she’s published 27 novels and works as a developmental editor and ghost writer for both fiction and non-fiction authors), Anna brings a uniquely creative vision to her photography. In each image she’s found her poetry and has fallen in love with the visual stories she tells. You’ll find her soft focus flower collection in Emory Healthcare locations throughout greater Atlanta. She’s currently completing her fourth books of photographic meditation—and has just launched an exciting series of nature-focused children’s books, illustrated with her photography. Anna’s served on the Georgia Nature Photographer’s association board of directors, and she currently serves on their Operating Committee as the chapter committee coordinator.
